Bravia 4K UR3 no longer able to access Chanel 4 and ITVX

Very disappointed to find a pretty recent Sony TV a Bravia 4K UR3 can no longer get Chanel 4 and ITVX as the aps aren't compatible, can't see why Sony can't keep such a relatively recent set current.

What is the full model number of your TV.

Have you checked to see if your TV software is up to date.

I think there were updates to both Channel4/All4 and the ITV X apps.

Have you updated them.

Open the Google Play Store.

Click on the Up arrow, Apps should be highlighted at the top of the screen, click twice on the Right arrow

So you Google account icon is highlighted on the top right of your screen

Click down once to Manage apps and games, click on the central button once to confirm.

Click on the Turn On button if you want to have updates done automatically or click on Updates

to see a list of available app updates and install them manually.
