XH90/XH92 Android 10 Settings menu

Why is it that when I'm in the HOME menu, or using apps such as Netflix, NOW or YouTube, and then I hit the Settings button on the remote I lose all background sound and then when I go to Display & Sound it swaps over to the last HDMI port before displaying the menu?

Does anybody else get this?

I would've expected the menu to open over the top of whatever I'm currently watching and I'm sure this behaviour did not occur before the android 10 update?

Unless the update screwed something up and I need to factory reset? Anyone with a similar model could verify this. Thanks.

I'm assuming this is a software glitch. Make sure that your software is up to date from here
