Sony kd-49xf9005 youview problem

Hi. I have an irritation with my TV if left on YouTube and then put into standby. When I turn the TV back on I cannot get the youview app to work. I have to do a full power reset which eventually sorts this out. I'm not sure if a software update has caused this as it never used to do this when I bought it in 2018. Any help appreciated. Thanks.

Have you got any other devices connected to your TV?

If so, as a test, disconnect them and see if you still have the issue.

A recent posting has fingered CEC (BraviaSync) on a connected device that was supposed to have CEC disabled, but it wasn’t, as causing a very similar issue.

IDK, this is not the software version.. Usually it's on the Help Menu not the settings..
