Hello !

i bought a KDL43w805c one month ago , and now i am facing a freezing problem after turning on the tv since 2 weeks ! , i have only an HDMI cable connected to the TV nothing els , this is my computer connectied to it , after i turne the TV off and turn it on all the time the TV freez i can see the Picture but NO sound and no Response from the Remote .

please some help ,

Hi, few of us have this problem, until there is a fix you have to either download the remote app and turn it off and on via the app or pull the plug on tv for a minute or so

fist of all i would like to know where should i donwload the Remote app i did not understood , is it on the Tv it self ?

No not on the tv, download it to your phone or tablet
